Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Directions for use: Take three capsules 10 to 15 minutes before a meal. Take with a full glass of water and continue to drink water throughout the day. Do not use Fibo-Trim at the same meal as CorePlex, OmegaPlex, or MNS.
