Curcumin C3 Reduct contains Tetrahydrocurcuminoids, one of the major active metabolites of curcumin, making this product more bioavailable than curcumin alone. In studies, tetrahydrocurcuminoids showed a better absorption profile than curcuminoids, along with better stability and stronger biological activity then curcuminoids. Curcumin C3 Reduct also relieves temporary joint inflammation and pain that may occur after overexertion during intensive physical activity.
