Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Directions: Consume 1-3 capsules daily. This product should be used by healthy males over the age of 21. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24 hour period. Do not under any circumstances exceed 4 weeks of use followed by proper post cycle therapy (PCT), then take a 60-90 day break.
