Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: Mix 1 scoop of Dilate with 10-12 oz of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before training. For enhanced endurance, Dilate can also be taken during training or combined with your favorite pre-workout or intra-workout beverage. Read entire label before use.

Do not use this product if you are nursing, pregnant, or attempting to become pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have any pre-existing medical conditions (in particular; diabetes, cardiovascular disease, psychiatric disorder or liver disorder) or if you are using any prescription or over the counter medications (in particular blood pressure medications, anti-depressant or opioid analgesic medications), as citrus bioflavonoids may after the effectiveness of these medications.

Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Use only as directed. Do not exceed recommended serving under any circumstances. Do not use if packaging has been tampered with.
