Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Direction: Take two (2) capsules in the morning with first meal. If well tolerated, take two (2) capsules with first meal and two (2) capsules with last meal daily, until capsules are gone. Discontinue if not well tolerated.

Storage: Away from direct sunlight. Store at room temperature (15 degrees - 30 degrees C, 59 degrees-86 degrees F).

Because of strength of formula Colon Cleanse should be taken for just 15 days. For optimal cleansing, use Colon Cleanse only once every eight weeks. Drink at least 8 cups of water daily.
