Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Directions: Mix 1 scoop (3.4 g) with 8 fl. oz. of water or other fluid. Stir vigorously until totally dissolved and drink immediately within 2 minutes. Consume approximately 30 minutes before mealtime three (3) times daily. Do not take immediately before going to bed.
