Mellow Mind combines ayurveda's famous spice blend of coriander, cumin, and fennel with a calming and soothing mixture of ayurvedic and western herbs.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Mellow Mind relaxes the mind and body and is a perfect tea to sip on after work or just before going to sleep. Suggested use: Combine 1/2 tablespoon Mellow Mind with 8 ounces hot water. Let steep for 5-7 minutes, strain, and serve! Mellow Mind can be made in larger batches at the ratio of 1/2 tablespoon per 1 cup of water. For a stronger brew, steep for 10 minutes.
