Usage: Determine dosage: Examine color and your stool’s ability to float. If needed consume one (1) capsule with each meal the first two days. If stool is not a dark brown or does not sink to the bottom, add 1 capsule to each meal every 48 hours until stool is dark and sinks to the bottom.
