Gluten Guardian is specifically designed to support gluten and dairy digestion. A blend of six plant-based proteolytic enzymes, including Peptidase DPP-IV to help breakdown gluten, and the three enzymes that assist in the break down of starches and sugars.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: Take three (3) capsules with a glass of water at the beginning of each meal.
