SUGGESTED USE FOR ADULTS ONLY Training day: Take FOUR (4) capsules 30-60 minutes prior to activity. Can be taken with a pre-workout drink or light meal/protein shake. Non-Training Day: Take two (2) capsules twice with meals. Cycle: Do not exceed eight (8) weeks of continuous use. Discontinue use at least two (2) weeks between cycles.
