Suggested Use: As an adult dietary supplement, take 1 serving prior to bed for 7-14 days. For increased effectiveness take an additional serving upon awakening on an empty stomach. Always take with at least 8oz. of water. Slowly increase the number of capsules per serving until desired bowel movements per day are achieved. Reduce servings or discontinue if diarrhea occurs.
