Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: Mix one (1) scoop with a small amount of water (3-6 oz.). Add more water after mixing to suit your taste if necessary. Start with only 1 scoop and gradually work up to a comfortable dose to determine your personal serving size. Drink only one (1) serving approx. 15-30 minutes prior to training session once tolerance is assessed. For best results, do not take within 30 minutes of a meal or protein shake. NEVER exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour period.
