Suggested use: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day on an empty stomach. Then 1 capsule per day as maintenance.

Precautions re: Allergies

If you have any discomfort or allergic reactions (the result of the die-off of bad bacteria in your intestinal tract), cut back to 1 capsule (or 1/2 or 1/4) a day as necessary. Then slowly increase.
