Appetite reducer from Body Attack contains glucomannane, a water-soluble dietary fiber derived from the root of the konjac plant. Taken daily, 3 g glucomannane may help reduce body weight when on a low-calorie dieting.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Recommended dosage: To benefit from it, take 3 x 2 capsules with plenty of water (300 ml) approximately 30 minutes before main meals.
