Recommended dosage: On training days take 3 capsules with plenty of liquid (300 mL) approx. 30 minutes before training. On non-training days take 3 capsules with plenty of liquid (300 mL) first thing in the morning or before bed time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Note: Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. To achieve a positive effect 3 g of creatine should be consumed per day.
