Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Use with part A spectrum support vitamins. Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 teaspoons 3 times a day with meals. May mix with other beverages or water. Start low and increase gradually to full dose.

Storage

Keep bottle tightly closed. Check expiration at the bottom of the bottle. Store in a dry place, away from sun light.
