Bronson's lecithin is a concentrated granular form of soybean lecithin. It is an all natural product made up primarly by three types of phosphatides: Phosphatidylcholine, Phosphatidylethanolamine and Phosphatidylinositol. Granular lecithin has a nutlike taste. As in all genuine granular lecithins, it contains no dilutants or additives such as soyflour and various proteins. Color of lecithin may vary due to seasonal changes of soybeans.
