Serving Directions For 6 months - age 2, take half level spoon daily. For ages 3 - 5 children, take 1 level spoon daily. For age 6 - 12 children, take 2 level spoons daily. For age 12 or above (including pregnant and lactating women), take 3 level spoons daily Dissolve powder into warm water, milk, juice or any kinds of drinks, stir well and serve.
