Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: Adults, mix 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (1.25 g - 2.5 g) with fruit juice or water. Vitamin C crystals may also be sprinkled on food. Increase intake of Vitamin C as needed.
