Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take recommended amount for 1 - 3 months or until results occur, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Children weighing 40-85 lbs: Take 1 tablet in AM on an empty stomach and 1 tablet in PM on an empty stomach. Adults: Take 2 tablets in AM on an empty stomach and 2 tablets in PM on an empty stomach.
