Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 level teaspoon (approximately 1 gram) twice a day with meals for the first week. Take once a day thereafter. Dissolves easily in water, juices or other beverages. Also may be added to cereals or other foods or taken directly.

NutraFlora does not require refrigeration, but should be kept in a cool, dry place with the cap tightly closed.
