Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel twice daily.

Soybean phosphatide complex containing a minimum 35% (420 mg.) of important phosphatidyl choline which is equivalent to 65 mg. of natural choline, enclosed with gelatin to ensure freshness and potency. Phosphine III provides 3 times more choline than a regular 1200 mg. lecithin softgel.
