Suggested Use: Take 1 capsules, two times a day.

Precautions re: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking digoxin or medication for depression, diabetes, high blood pressure, or seizures. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.

Precautions re: All Other

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, or if you suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression. Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use. For use beyond 3 months, consult a health care practitioner.
