The active ingredient in Boswellia is Boswellic Acid, our Boswellia Extract is standardized to 65% Boswellic Acid providing 650 mg Boswellic Acid per serving.

Suggested Use: To support joint health we recommend taking 2 capsules (1,000mg) per day with or without food. It is not recommended to exceed 4 capsules per day.
