Double Wood's collagen peptide powder comes from pasture raised, grass fed cows and includes type I, II and III collagen. It is primarily used for hair, skin and nail health as well as workout recovery. Our collagen is non-GMO, keto-friendly, non-dairy, soy-free and paleo.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop (approx. 12 grams) per day either in multiple, smaller doses, or one 12 gram dose. Do not exceed 20 grams in a single day.
