Suggested Use: Perfect for the entire family anytime you feel the need. Adults and Children 13 and older: Shake well. Take 6.5 mL up to two times per day (serving cup included). Refrigerate after opening. Children Under 13: Take 1/2 serving once daily under careful, adult supervision.
