Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Recommended Adult Dose: Take one capsule two to three times daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications or healthcare products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking blood thinners or have protein S deficiency; or if you have allergies to soy or to plants of the Dioscorea family, do not use.

If you currently have or previously had breast cancer or breast tumors; if you have a predisposition to breast cancer as indicated by an abnormal mammogram or biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer; or if you have a history of hormonal or gynecological disease, including uterine, endometrial, breast, or ovarian cancer, endometriosis or uterine fibroids, do not use. If you have a liver disorder or develop liver-related symptoms; or if you are taking hormone replacement therapy, including thyroid hormone replacement therapy, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you experience breast pain, discomfort or tenderness, or if you experience a recurrence of menstruation or uterine spotting, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner. Warning: This product has come into contact with soy.
