Recommended Dose: Children (6 years and older): Take 1 teaspoon 3 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Children (3-5 years): Take 1/2 teaspoon 3 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking medications or other supplements.
