Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Recommended Adult Dose: Take one tablet daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Precautions re: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications

Risk Information: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have a bile duct obstruction, liver disorders/cancer, septic gall bladder inflammation or intestinal spasm; if you have an iron deficiency; if you have or have had breast, ovarian or uterine cancer; if you are taking oral contraceptive medication; or if you use UV light treatment or solarium therapy, do not use.

If gastrointestinal discomfort or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use.
