Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: Adults: take one (1) capsules daily with a glass of water as a dietary supplement, or as recommended by your physician. Take on an empty stomach for best absorption.

Do not exceed recommended dose. If stomach upset occurs, take with food or following a meal. Warnings: The treatment of any anemic condition should be under the advice and supervision of a physician.
