*In a 30 day, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 67 adults, subjects taking 50 mg/day of ApresFlex(R) twice daily experienced a statistically significant difference in mean improvements from baseline for joint comfort, stiffness and function as measured by WOMAC that was 7, 5, and 43 times greater in the ApresFlex(R) group than placebo, respectively, after 30 days. Statistically significant improvements were seen as early as 5 days. ^In a 12 week, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 60 adults, subjects taking 250 mg/day of the GNC TriFlex(TM) Fast-Acting Mobility Blend showed statistically significant improvements in measures of joint function and joint flexibility within 30 days compared to subjects on placebo.
