Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 6.56 grams (scant ~ 1 tbsp) with 8-12 ounces of water or suitable beverage. Taken up to twice daily, once as a pre-workout 15-30 minutes prior to exercise and/or after exercise as a post-workout.
