Suggested Use: Start with 3 capsules (a partial serving) and work up to 10 capsules per day. Drink 8-16 ounces of water (preferably purified) or juice with every serving. Doing so will result in them being drawn into the formula, thereby lessening the product’s effects, as well as the effects of anything else you may be eating or taking.
