We prepare our Ginger Extract from the rhizome of Zingiber officinale plants which are Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. To assure optimal extraction of Ginger's bioactive compounds, the rhizomes are hand-harvested only when fully mature, are carefully shade-dried, and are then shipped directly to our laboratory and thoroughly extracted. Our Ginger is never fumigated or irradiated.
