Herbal Secrets MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) Oil is fractionated Coconut Oil and Palm Kernel Oil. MCT Oil is colorless, virtually odorless and stable due to the high content of Medium Chain Triglycerides, Caprylic Acid (C8) and Capric Acid (C10). MCTs are rapidly absorbed by the body and are quickly metabolized into well sustained energy for immediate use by the organs and muscles. MCT Oil supports brain health as it may help enhance ketones, which are efficient fuel for your brain. In addition, MCTs aid in healthy weight management by helping to suppress appetite benefiting those attempting to lower their intake of total calories.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) tablespoon 1 to 3 times daily, or as directed by your health care professional. MCT Oil can also be used as a substitute for conventional oils in salad dressings, sauces or cooking as a source of beneficial fatty acids. Not recommended for use in frying due to low boiling point.
