DIRECTIONS: Children from 6 months to 3 years: take 1 teaspoon (5ml) a day, Children over 3 years: take 1-2 teaspoons a day, or as your health professional advises. Also suitable for adults: take 1-2 teaspoons a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. This delicious creamy liquid may be blended into yoghurt, smoothies, milkshakes or desserts.
