Directions: To promote healthy sexual function, take 2 capsules twice daily. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. It is recommended to take the second dose of Vesele at least 4 to 6 hours prior to bedtime. A potential side effect of of L-Arginine is dry mouth. Drink the recommended 64 ounces of fluids daily when taking Vesele.

Warnings/Precautions: Vesele is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. It is unknown how high doses of L-Arginine affect mother and baby. L-arginine has been known to stimulate HGH (human growth hormone).
