Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions for use: As a dietary supplement for adults, mix 1 serving in 8-10oz. of water during or after activity. As a dietary supplement for advanced athletes, mix 2 servings in 12-14oz. of water. Drink at least ten 8oz. glasses of water per day.
