Insane Whey mixes instantly and can be used between meals, prior to training, post training, or anytime a protein source is needed. Directions for use: As a protein supplement, mix 1 level scoop (34g) of Insane Whey with 12-14 oz of cold water and mix thoroughly in shaker or blender. To dress up your Insane Whey shake by mixing 1 level scoop (34g) in 12-14 oz of almond milk or coconut water, mix in your favorite fruits, vegetables and super-foods, blend and enjoy! For the best results, spread protein usage between several smaller meals throughout the day.

Warning: Do not take Insane Whey in excess of its recommended dosage. Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition, including but not limited to heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath. Use only as directed. Do not use if outer seal is broken.
