Directions For Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, mix 1 serving in 8-10 oz. of water during or after activity. As a dietary supplement for advanced athletes, mix 2 serving in 12-14 oz of water. Drink at elast ten 8 oz. glasses of water per day.

Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat.
