Full Disclosure Ingredient Panel DIRECTIONS: (Adult) Take three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels in the morning prior to breakfast and three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels prior to bedtime. Drink at least 8 oz (a full glass) of water with each serving. Do not exceed six (6) Liquid Soft-Gels per day. If stools are loose, reduce intake from six (6) to four (4) per day.
