Kala Health Coenzyme Q10 capsules contain a mixture of vegetable oil and Coenzyme Q10, which ensures that Coenzyme remains in solution in the capsule and does not crystallize. As a result, both the absorption and the bioavailability are greatly increased. Each capsule contains 100 mg of Coenzyme Q10 as Ubiquinone, a substance essential for energy production in a cell. Ubiquinone is the most researched and most stable form of Coenzyme Q10.

Recommended dose: One capsule per day with a meal, or as recommended. Best taken with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
