Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract begins with 100% organically grown garlic bulbs. They are then aged to perfection in a unique extraction process to eliminate odor and create beneficial compounds found only in Kyolic. Foods containing 0.4g per serving of plant sterols, eaten twice a day, for a total intake of 0.8g, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. Taken as suggested, Kyolic 107 supplies 0.8g of phytosterols per day.
