Read the entire label and follow the directions carefully prior to use. DIRECTIONS: Take one (1) tablet two to three times daily in divided doses, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Take with co-factors vitamins B12, B6, and folic acid.
