Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested use: Chew one to two wafers, followed by a glass of filtered water, before or after meals to help optimize digestion. Additional wafers may also be taken between meals for added effect. Product removed from refrigerated bottle for daily use should be consumed within 24 hours for maximum potency.
