Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Usage: Stir 1/2 - 1 level scoop of PGX(R) granules (5 g) once per day or as directed by a health professional. May be added to foods including cereals, soups, yogurt or smoothies, or mix in 12 fl. oz. of cold water or juice before a meal. Drink additional water after ingesting PGX(R). PGX(R) supports weight loss and promotes healthy blood sugar levels already in normal range.*

Notice: You may experience a temporary change in your bowel movements as your body adjusts to the addition of the PGX(R), usually in 3 to 7 days.

Start off with half the dose and slowly work up to the full dose to help your body adjust to the PGX(R). It is important to drink adequate amounts of water (12-14 fl. oz.) immediately after ingesting PGX(R).
