Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Recommended Maintenance Dose: As a dietary supplement, take 10 sprays by mouth 2 - 3 times daily. Recommended Therapeutic Dose: As a dietary supplement, take 20 sprays by mouth 4 times daily. For ages 2 to 18: Use half of above dosages. Under age 2: Take 1 spray by mouth 1 to 2 times daily if approved by physcian.
