Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Recommendation: As a dietary supplement, take three capsules a day approximately 1/2 hour before meals. For more intense use: take three capsules three times each day for approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Theresfter revert to maintenance dosage. Take NKC+ by itself at least one hour before any other supplements.
