Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Recommended Use: Three (3) capsules once daily 20 minutes before a meal. If desired, increase the daily serving to 3 capsules taken twice daily before meals until desired effects have been achieved, then reduce to 3 capsules once daily for a maintenance program.

WARNING: Do not use when taking glucose elevating agents. Use of this product may potentiate hyperglycemic and hyperuremic effects of glucose elevating agents.
