Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 servings daily preferably on an empty stomach. On workout days, take one dose 30 minutes prior to your workout and a second dose at least 4 hours apart from your first. On non-workout days separate your doses by at least 4 hours. To maximize results drink plenty of water daily.
